Workshop Bookings
All workshops, courses and coaching places are limited. Please choose carefully as these are non-refundable. You may transfer your booking to another date or location (for workshops), providing we have a minimum of 21 days notice and there is a place on the workshop you wish to transfer to. Kathryn Price has the right to change your face-to-face workshop to an online session should it be deemed necessary to do so for any reason. In circumstances such as this, a live online workshop will be run in place of the face-to-face class and will be available for 7 days for you to watch. You will be provided with the workshop workbook and accessories as you would have been in the face-to-face class.
Coaching Bookings
For coaching, at least 72 hours notice is required to change an appointment time, otherwise that coaching session will be forfeited (please be aware there are limited session times available).
Online Workshops & Courses
Online workshops are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any other item. To ensure you have full access to your workshop as and when you want it, we recommend you download the videos to your own device.
Privacy Policy
When you give us your contact details you can be assured they will be held securely on our database. We will never give your name or any other details to any other person or company. You will always have the option of removing your name from our records if you choose (any email from us will have an unsubscribe option).
Damaged Goods
The most important thing is that our customers are happy. We will be very careful to package your items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your item is damaged during the shipping process, please contact us and we will rectify any issue immediately.

All pricing on our website include GST and are in New Zealand dollars.
