½ cup Almond Meal ½ cup Walnuts ½ cup Coconut ½ cup Apricots finely chopped ½ cup Muesli ¼ cup Water
1. Simmer apricots in water until it has evaporated. 2. Combine all ingredients in a food processor. 3. Process until mixture binds together. 4. Roll into balls. 5. Place in the freezer or refrigerator.
You can easily switch out some ingredients for others you have a preference for. If you like a stronger flavour use another ¼ cup apricots.
