Gluten Free Muesli

INGREDIENTS
Makes 6 cups
​1 c shredded coconut
1 c walnuts
1 c pumpkin kernels
1 c sesame seeds
1 c sunflower seeds
1 c raisins

METHOD
1. Put all ingredients (except raisins) onto baking tray.
2. Mix well to combine.
3. Bake at 160 C for about 20 minutes (approx).
4. Let cool.
5. Combine raisins.
6. Store in airtight jar.

Note:
The coconut can easily burn so keep an eye on it.
You can substitute with any nuts or dried fruit.
