INGREDIENTS 1 c almond meal 1 tsp vanilla paste ¼ c nut butter Honey, maple syrup or monk fruit sweetener to taste. Pinch of salt (if none in nut butter) 3 pieces Lindt 85% Dark Chocolate broken into quarters 3 tbs coconut cream METHOD 1. Add all ingredients to food processor. 2. Process until blended, smooth and shiny. 3. Taste for sweetness and add more if required. 4. Roll into balls. 5. Refrigerate, freeze or eat! Makes 15
