Today I Learned A Little More About Prayer




Have you heard of the ho'oponopono prayer? I hadn't.


It's a Hawaiian prayer of forgiveness to acknowledge and take responsibility for any negative thoughts, actions, or emotions that may have contributed to conflict or disharmony. The mantra helps release these negative elements and transform them into positive, healing energy.


A very short and simple mantra you can do anywhere.

1. Sit quietly and take three full deep breaths.

2. Repeat this mantra as many times as you feel you need to, "I'm sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. I love you."

3. Sit in silence and absorb all of the positive energy.

4. Open your eyes and resume your day.


This helps free negative emotions like anxiety, stress, guilt, and so on, improves your relationships and happiness, and gives you a sense of empowerment.
