Zero F***s Given: Cultivating Inner Freedom

As I sit here mulling over my week, thinking about the challenges and the highlights I am coming to new realisations about myself.

Doing my inner work has become part of my DNA over the last three decades.

It has taken me to some dark places. And it has brought me more joy than I could ever have imagined.

The yin and yang.

The highs and lows.

The positive and negative.

This week I have embraced something new.

I am love.

For way too long, I wanted love and approval from others. In my younger years, I did things I was not ready to do because I wanted to be loved. So many times I put this work I'm so passionate about aside because I was afraid of what others would think of me—the ones who laugh at me and ridicule me.

But, no more.

The other thing I have discovered this week is that it's not only okay, but it's imperative, to have a little bit of inner 'don't give a f***ness'.

Because this is my life.

Because this is my journey.

It doesn't matter what ANYONE else thinks.

I LOVE what I do. And I LOVE that I'm on a mission to inspire and educate people about the profound impact self-awareness has on happiness... because IT CHANGED MY LIFE!

So... lookout for a little bit of inner 'don't give a f***ness' in this space because I've got stories to tell, ideas to share, and most importantly, people to help.

With love,

Kathryn x
