ABOUT YOUR MEDITATIONS

My 3-MINUTES OF CALM MEDITATION and QUIETEN THE MIND MEDITATION are designed to help you pause, centre, go within and create peace and calm.

 

Choose the shorter one anytime you have just a few minutes, and the longer one as a regular daily practice (I do this one at 9.00am and 5.00pm each day).

PEACE & CALM MEDITATION (3-Minutes)

This short meditation is designed to create instant peace and calm and can be done anywhere

- in the shower, carpark, spa pool, at your desk and so on.

You can practice this sitting, lying down or cross-legged on the floor.

QUIETEN THE MIND MEDITATION (8-Minutes)

This is the daily practice I do twice a day. I set my phone alarm at 9.00am and 5.00pm, find a quiet place and

quieten my mind. You can practice this sitting, lying down or cross-legged on the floor.
